Function Rooms For:

Our small room holds 30-50 people, and the large holds 150-300 people.

Conference room
Seating for up to 40 theatre style. This room is equipped with a 32″ LCD and DVD/video player. Ideal for meetings and training seminars.
Heathcote room
This room can comfortably seat 60 for dinner or up to 80 theatre style. This room is serviced from our Heathcote Bar, and has a 32″ LCD screen with DVD/video player, ideal for small functions and meetings.
Function room
Comfortable seats 80 for dinner or up to 100 theatre style. This room is equipped with a 50″ plasma and DVD/video player.
Garden bar
This room can comfortably seat 120 for dinner, or up to 170 theatre style. The Garden Bar also has direct access to the beer garden and children’s playground, making it ideal for all functions from weddings to seminars. This room is serviced from our main bar and also has a 50″ plasma, with DVD/video player and a surround sound cordless mic PA system. The Garden Bar also has a dance floor and a great entertainment venue.
Sports hall
Large hall which can comfortably seat 200 for dinner or up to 300 theatre style. This room is predominately used for sporting activities and “Live Shows”, which the Club hosts regularly. Avon City Rock & Roll regularly use this venue for their popular shows. Cashmere Club members use this room on a weekly basis for indoor bowls, darts, badminton and various fitness groups.
